Half of this year’s top deals in healthcare startup funding are in personalized health and patient/consumer experience, a clear signal that private companies and investors are focusing more and more on a customer-centric, personalized future for healthcare and wellness.
As customer-centricity is a core value of its discipline, Service Design can serve to a great extent in this scenario: what are the contexts in healthcare where designers are working? Who are they collaborating with, and how? Ultimately, how can Service Design have an impact in designing for healthcare and life sciences?
In the next event of Service Design Drinks Milan - “Design for Healthcare”- we will try to answer these questions, together with Adriano Gariglio, Service Designer at e-Services for Life and Health - San Raffaele Scientific Institute, and Daniela Petrillo, Chief Design Officer at Centro Medico Santagostino, who will bring their experience as designers working from inside healthcare institutions.
