For the third appointment of Service Design Drinks Milan we want to give a deeper look on tools and practices and we are going to start with a fundamental one: ‪#‎CustomerJourneyMapping‬

Along with Epoca srl and the start-up Flyghter we are going to analyze the potential of this tool and see it applied to a real case studies.
